Miami woman finally faces trial for killing 5-year-old foster child

FILE - In this Thursday, Sept. 29, 2005, file photo, children hold posters of missing child, Rilya Wilson, at the Caleb Center in Miami, during a birthday party thrown by community leaders from Rilya's old neighborhood to remember what would have been her ninth birthday. More than a decade after foster child Rilya Wilson’s disappearance caused a state government shakeup, trial is finally scheduled to begin for the caregiver accused of killing the little girl. Jury selection is scheduled to begin Monday, Nov. 5, 2012, for the trial of Geralyn Graham, who has pleaded not guilty to a first-degree murder charge and has insisted she is innocent.(AP Photo/Miami Herald, Marice Cohn Band)
